PEOPLE KEEP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTION, SO I AM COMPELLED TO FLESH OUT MY ANSWER ON WHY MY BET IS ON TRUMP.

Trump is a phenomenon and one that I strongly rejected as real for a long time. I saw Trump born into a vacuum left by a completely tone deaf Republican party...my party. Never forget that our Republican party is first and foremost responsible for Donald Trump's ascension! It is the very fact that Republicans on the national stage largely refused to distinguish themselves from Democrats and that opened the door for anyone who behaved differently, to walk in.

I talked recently with a U.S Congressman and asked him why Republicans in Congress could not or would not stand up and act to block things such as the funding to bring Sryian refugee/terrorists into this country. You all could have guessed the answer. Our Congress is filled with politcians who are completely controlled by political correctness. What is political correctness? It is pure fear, fear of saying or doing anything other than the current group think. Folks, that is barely different than the way Communism gets control of and maintains its power.

By the way, this atmosphere invites kings to to step in to create kingdoms as well, hence Obama. We now have the top legislative body in our country afraid to act like anything other than a flock of sheep being lead around by not Jesus Christ but a type anti-Christ, a twisted king of sorts, with serfs more than happy to serve him.

Into this steps Trump, remember now, Trump was not the lone candidate running for office. Anyone had the free will to call out the obvious. Our country was sinking under Obama. Whether it was trashing healthcare against the people's will, bringing in illegals to soak up jobs and drive down wages or Obama making one sided deals with our sworn enemy Iran, that completely compromised our and the world's security, we the people had had enough. The people were screaming sure enough and anyone else could have could have called out the shackles that Obama had placed on America, thereby attempting to break to break his stranglehold. But Washington was silent and even the candidate debates started off with largely business as usual.

Then came the Syrian refugee "crisis". We were told we had to act even though our own FBI Director Comey vehemently warned that there was no way to vet these people. Obama assured us that they would be vetted, not unlike telling us we could keep our Doctors and health plans. Our elected representatives were not only silent but worse they went right along with Obama's wishes. People in the heartland knew that there was an elephant in the room. They could not understand why those we had elected did not act to save our country from the danger or even speak out! What is worse, we had an example in Europe of exactly what not to do and yet, D.C. did it anyways. Paul Ryan's passage of funding for bringing in Syrian refugees/terrorists was the straw that broke the camel's back for many of us. We knew that  it was clear that our country was not only sinking but by our elected representatives inaction, was now a likely goner as well!

This is a long way of saying that in a frighteningly stifling atmosphere of political correctness, one man opened his mouth and called, 'BULLSH*TH' on it all. Before anyone instantly dismisses this act as BS in and of itself, understand that you had a U.S Congressional body of "leaders" who could not utter a word out of fear and yet one man had no fear, Donald Trump. He not only spoke but spoke so loudly and clearly that what Trump said was understood all the way to Poughkeepsie!

When Donald Trump first broke through the bonds of political correctness I was excited, not because I believed in Trump but because I knew he was showing the Republicans the way out of the wilderness...or so I thought. Did the Republican candidates understand their new found key to freedom that they had just been given? No! Much like the tethered farm animal who one day is unleashed but due to conditioning, still stands in his worn out tracks, Republicans, rather than regale their unshackling, not unlike the newly emancipated slave who yet still chooses to stay on and work the Masta's plantation, these pols chose to attack Trump's bold words rather then exercise their now freed wrists. Why, it was even declared "racsist", that Trump should dare to think of the safety American's over the poor plight of refugees!

I, like many Americans, watched with disgust to see even the supposed best of the candidate class, fall in line with Obama's group think.
Did Trump fall prey to the group think and moderate? NO! He continued slaying the political correctness beast! Stop and think for one minute. Here is a man who is being reviled by the press, the political establishment, his own candidate class and if that wasn't enough, the world took on Donald Trump as well. The Brits wanted to ban his travel to their country! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE STEEL WILL AND RESOLVE THAT A MAN MUST HAVE WITHIN HIMSELF TO TAKE THAT LEVEL OF ONSLAUGHT AND NOT WAIVER? I am left chuckling when the man's critics dismiss him as fluff!

Though I was still not convinced that he was the right candidate, he certainly showed me that if anyone had their eyes and mind open, they could certainly see there was a road forward for the Republican party that had just been plowed though by Donald Trump. Now if they would just step foot on the path. Certainly the higher ups within the party understood this. But ...it was crickets chirping ...as per usual.

Meanwhile, an electorate, ignored for election cycle after election cylcle, with eyes wide open, saw exactly what I was seeing, and they knew someone had broken through and held the key to bringing America back from the edge. Someone who was not just pulling us back from disaster but someone who had beaten back failures to become an ultimate success story himself, Trump stated that he yearned to make America great again ...something we all yearned for as well.

In the midst of all this,  Cruz was still my choice.
But the numbers for Trump, both at the polls and at the rallies, kept rising. Americans, it appeared, were choosing their new champion. At one point, I commented on FB, "How do you stop a runaway train?" But the most important point to note in all of this, is that Trump was crossing over. He was pulling, as Reagan did, the Dems and independents. Even more interesting was that he was pulling the disenfranchised and the dissaffected. He was pulling the apolitical in and welcoming them back into the process.

I am an idealist. I always have been. But I am not brain dead. I have learned the hard way over decades, that standing on the train tracks and shouting, "I don't like trains they make too much noise." may get you some attention in the short run, but it gets you flowers and a casket in the long run. For those friends of mine who say, "If I don't get candidate X, I might as well vote for Hillary, so I am staying home!" Please realize, to rational people you merely come off as dangerous, because some of you gave us the first Obama win which started us on the steepest decent  of our already decending country. So while I am an idealist, I am a realist first. That is why Reagan's principle in sum says, find the person who matches the ideals of conservatism the best but make sure they can win, first.

Which now brings me to why I believe Trump can and Cruz can't. If your not going to pick a candidate on pure emotion then the end process will at minimum work the strengths plus weaknesses equation. Keep in mind though, that the body electorate is largely influenced by emotion. Both men are sharp and at the top of their game sharp. (If you are one of those who has been calling Trump a bufoon, just leave now, because you have already proven who the real bufoon is.) Secondly, keep in mind this is a two part election. You are not picking a candidate based on the primary alone. The primary objective is, who can make it through the general election. I have watched too many purists look at this race in simplistic primary colors when it is truly, in the general election, all about shades.

On pure conservative politics, Cruz is hands down, the runaway winner. But this election nor any election is about pure pricipled politics. (Oop, there go some of you out the door. Thanks for wasting a few minutes of your day.) Politics is about where the majority of the electorate is at, versus where the  candidate is at...and both of those things can be very fluid at the same time. I know some of you are ready to bail also because you want to believe that your candidate's beliefs are etched in stone. (If you are about to leave, run fast you might be able to catch up with the first group for a cup of coffee) No candidate has their beliefs etched in stone and wins. Do you know why? Because we do not have an electorate whose political beliefs are etched in stone. We are human beings and that means we generally change our minds, sometimes a lot and sometimes to the point that we are called downright fickle! This should not shock any of us.

A candidate must posses the ability to tailor his or her speaches to the audience at hand. You don't believe it? Follow your favorite  politician, you know, the one who is etched in stone, from state to state  and observe. They all change their speeches to pander to the local flavor. It is politics 101. Every candidate has to be able to touch their audience in a personal way. I call it likability. I have not met either Trump or Cruz but observed both on the stump through the media. Both appear to have a great likability factor when casually  interacting.

Candidates have to show accomplishment, the trust factor that tells a voter, it's not just words, they have DONE IT! Trump's strength is that he can show something for his bravado. Before anyone even opens their mouth about Trump being handed it all to him by his father, I call BS! Most everyone was handed a stake to get started with a house, a business or a job move. Trump was given a stake by has father to begin his business. It was a pittance compared to what he has accomplished with it. And if you are not in the business world, I am sorry, please just shut up until you ever get the moxy to try it for yourself. I own my own business and it takes balls from the moment you decide to take the plunge to the moment you close up shop and I am playing small ball compared to Trump. Cruz, has his succesful record in arguing cases before the Supreme Court. Again, both men are at the top of their game. Cruz will get the edge for his conservative cause accomplishments on this one, at least in the primary.Therefore on the primary side, I believe Cruz has the edge when viewed through the conservative prism of Republican voters. So Cruz wins...or does he?

Remember, Cruz was my guy. But there was was a gut problem I always had with him. Cruz is clearly on the right side in so many ways but then I kept asking myself why is Trump climbing over Cruz? I had to go back and re-examine Trump.

Trump connected early and deep with the voters and who were those voters? Well, again they came from all parts of the political map. But why? What was it about Trump? I relooked at who I was. I was that disenfranchised angry voter that at one point had given up on the system. Trump was saying what I was trying to say but no was one listeng to me...but they were listeng to Donald Trump!

Trump took command of the media in a way that neither I or anyone else had seen before. He made them listen when no one else could. When the Republican establishment said there was nothing that could be accomplished until the grassroots handed them a third victory for the White House, here came Donald Trump, not meekly knocking on the media's door but blasting it down! He, unlike the Republican "leadership", did not take no for an answer. He worked the media as masterfully as a virtuoso. He was, by sheer force of will it appeared, addressing everything that we the people have been screaming about to politicians at recent town hall meetings etc., and Trump was being heard!

Trump was making things happen while others merely made excuses for nothing happening. It was staggering to watch....and watch they did. In droves the people traveled to his events. They stood in line for hours and were turned away by the thousands at maxed out large venue rallies. Donald Trump was dishing up what a starving crowd was hungry for. The American electorate was finally being sated!

So what does one make of this spectacle? No one else was pulling in crowds like this. Some have dismissed it as merely a cult following that won't show up at the polls. Really? They will stand in line freezing their butts off for hours but won't stand in line for a few minutes in a heated school gym to vote for the man that they clearly identified with?

This couldn't be so easily rationalized away. People actually believed what the man was saying, "America can be great again!" Was he merely channeling their anger...or was Donald himself the angry guy, not unlike us, who saw our country being dismantled. Trump made his fortune in the land of opportunity, a rich country full of a vibrant middle class, let alone an abundance of the millionare class to aspire to. For those with their eyes wide open under the reign of Obama, who saw the king dismantling the kingdom brick by brick, it is hardly implausible to see Trump angry at the destruction of what was once the greatest of nations, the Trump Towers  of the world, so to speak. He gave voice to the voiceless. Trump empowered we the people, something that during our Nation's days of greatness, we always assumed as the norm.

That brings us to my conversion, the general election. Though Cruz's idealism was still pulling at me, my gut knew there was something very wrong, that something, was the general election. At this point the poll numbers for the two were still close and my belief was that Cruz could pull off a primary victory. But the poll numbers did not move in Cruz's favor. This was the reason the  general election, let alone the primary gave me rise for concern. There had to be something more to Trump's continual rise over Cruz.

That something of Trump's is an X-factor working for him. It is that unquantifiable  disruptive factor in what ever discipline that is being studied.  It defies all traditional methods of examination. We were no longer talking about externals with Donald Trump. He was reaching people on a core level deep inside, something very few people throughout history have accomplished. It became obvious to me that this X- factor was going to be the key to an election win and absolutely could not be ignored.

There are many ways to reach people, there is an intellectual route, methodically laying out principles, beliefs etc, for peoples brains to absorb. There is an emotional route, that gives people the warm and fuzzies, that says, "I don't know but I just like the guy!" And then there is the X-factor that mixes it all up into a potion No.9. Trump's X-factor crosses over and pulls in from all directions. It is the key to any general election win. On the other hand, the more extreme one appears the less likely one can crossover into that necessary middle sector.

Once I got a handle on what was happening with Trump's rising numbers in the primary race, it became obvious that Trump was way ahead for the general election as well, because the middle, the place where the independents and the undecideds live, is where campaigns are won in a split electorate country, such as ours.

There are more details on what I could say about the need to be flexible or the necessity for skilled negotiating skills, all insights that I have into both candidates but I have no doubt that I have bored you long enough. Besides that, I have basically answered the question as to why I bet on Trump. Again, from the beginning, He is not an idealist's conservative candidate nor have I have ever said that Trump is the best candidate period, but he is the best out of the field, that I believe can win both the primary and the general election...and winning both is all that counts if you want to effect change rather than just stand in front of the charging train, shouting, "Stop!". That is a fact, whether you like it or not!

Bring on the Rebellion!

I read with bemusement “This Rebellion is Different”( http://www.jsonline.com/news/opinion/this-time-the-republican-rebellion-is-different-b99652552z1-365490021.html ), as yet another pontificator offered up his prognosis as to what political virus has infected the electorate to bring on this latest fevered people’s rebellion.

The political class and its observers have come late to the “rebellion” party, so to speak, for the same reason that the rebellion even got a start in the first place. They simply have played the game of politics for the sake of politics for so long that they have completely lost sight of the purpose for serving in political office in the first place, which is to have a connection to and to do the bidding of we the people. If there ever was a classic case of the tail wagging the dog, this is it.

Politicians are extremely short-sighted often not able to see past the next election. But when they lose complete sight of raison d'etre, they might as well fold up tent because those who hired them will surely come around to eventually firing them as well!

Lest Sunday’s article leave the reader with the presumption that “the people” only find cause for want with one side of the aisle, allow me to inject some reality towards achieving perfect 20/20 vision. I have friends on both the left and the right and I can assure that general dissatisfaction exists within both the left and the right!

With that observation, we might actually be able to have a half a chance of getting closer to the truth of today’s political world. In general, we the people are tired of people playing politics. More specifically, we are just plain tired of being played. Both parties are guilty. We are trotted out like good little pets when “the machine” needs the work done. And who is the machine? It is the moneyed interests on both sides of the aisle, those who would never lower themselves to do the work but are more than happy to grease the machine as long as they get to control what the machine produces. Meanwhile the poor schlub at the bottom helps win election after election, with what result? Those, both in the political office and the moneyed interests that put them there, treat one another like kings, while the workers get treated like serfs on the lord’s estate! One hand greases the other at the top while the little guy at the bottom gets to play dog begging for crumbs at the master’s table. Pontificators, are we getting the picture yet?

Never make the foolish presumption that it is business as usual in any party these days. This is an awakened class of voters on all sides and the proof is in the poll numbers from both parties. Much of this awakening has to do with the internet bringing information to the masses without filter by the mainstream media. Then add in social media sharing and POOF, the perfect recipe for an Egyptian rebellion -political style in America.

In reality, it is all very simple. But when you believe that you are playing master and commander, as either pols, string pullers or media, the most simple thing having to do with the will of the people is very easy to miss, isn’t it?

An Article V Convention Is Nothing Without The Foundation!

PLEASE ALLOW ME A MINUTE TO EXPLAIN why some are for and some against a Constitutional Convention. A Con-Con has been an option for we the people since the Constitution itself. It is written into Article V and is placed there precisely to allow the people maximum control over their destiny should the need arise. There is a current cry, with the charge lead by well-known talk show host and respected author Mark Levine, to assemble an Article V convention for the purpose of the people taking back control of what is increasingly seen as a rogue government.

Now allow me to explain the dangers of a Con-Con. The powers that be that have sought to destroy our Republic have dreamt of organizing a Con-Con for as long as it has been around. Once you organize a Con-Con you set in place an opportunity for not just simple tweaking of the Constitution but changing its very nature. In a day and age where there is a popular cry from those who seek to fundamentally transform our country into a Marxist utopia it would be a welcome sight to some to do a radical revamp of a "dated document that can't keep up with the times".

Our real problem is not the need for a tweaking of the Constitution, but for an intense education of the populace on what this document and its precedent- the Declaration of Independence, actually represent and do for us. This foundation is an embodiment of the very nature of the human soul as it was designed to be by its Creator. It seeks to capture the essence of our God given freedoms and to enshrine them with ink on paper for all generations, in perpetuity, to see, understand, to live by and be protected by! But the words on the paper are meaningless if the truth of the words does not burn deep within the hearts of every American. 

You see, the Constitution is not the window dressing of the structure of society to be admired by other countries passing by, it is the core, the very bedrock, the sure foundation upon which the structure can withstand the tests of time. We no longer understand our foundation's importance so we become absorbed in the externals, the new paint and drapes while ignoring that the foundation of the structure is sinking by neglect. 

A Con-Con is not the cure. There is only one cure- we must get back to attending to the foundation because without its core knowledge, we are doomed. The mason knows that without the first straight line of the foundation wall, the whole structure will be faulty. We are ignoring that first straight line. We have allowed forces to take control, forces that never appreciated the individual free will given to humankind and seek to twist the truth of this. Forces that believe a select few need to be in control of the masses for their own good because they believe people are not capable of self-control. We are sold this lie over and over again until we finally begin to believe it.

We do not have to be enslaved to this lie. We can be free in the freedom and knowledge that only our Creator gives us. That each of us, each and every one of us was created with free will and the ability to use that free will to seek life, liberty and the pursuit of  happiness. OUR HAPPINESS -NOT SOME GOVERNMENT IMPOSED MANDATED HAPPINESS THAT TELLS US HOW TO LIVE AND WHAT TO EAT, ON AND ON AD INFINITUM. It is not willingly living under a benevolent dictatorship because we have been told that is the only way for the bulk of the masses to share in justice and Shangri-La equally.

WE ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE CREATED AND BORN WITH INDIVIDUAL GIFTINGS. IT IS NOT UNJUST TO SAY WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME BECAUSE WE WERE NOT ALL CREATED THE SAME. Where we are the same is in recognizing that we have been GIVEN the freedom to act with individual free will. We have been GIVEN the opportunity to live freely and act upon that free will. We have been GIVEN the ability to choose to pursue our individual happiness.

Most important of all, we could not have been GIVEN anything without first acknowledging THE GIVER of it all....AND THAT IS WHAT OUR CONSTITUTION DOES AND WHERE ITS REAL POWER LIES!

We do not need to change anything in our Constitution, we merely need to go back and acknowledge the secure foundation laid for us and more importantly, acknowledge who the foundation GIVER is!

I AM GOING TO TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING THAT MOST DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ME OR ABOUT WHO I AM, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY SOMETHING YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT YOURSELVES AND WHO YOU ARE! In 2009, WI had been suffering under an incredibly bad Dem. Governor nicknamed "Diamond Jim" Doyle. At the time, I would get together once a week with a regular group of guys and we would do two things: study the Bible and b*tch about how Diamond Jim was destroying WI's future. One Saturday, I came to the end of myself and in private I cried out to God to heal our land and our state. That night my buddy Dick Radocevich called me out of the blue and said, "Vince, we can recall Doyle. I've been looking in the WI Blue Book and we can do it." Without hesitation I responded, "Let's do it!"  The idea was presented to the rest of our group and it quickly spread to others. Some were people of faith and some were not but we all had the same goal; we were tired of sitting by, watching our state die by degrees and we wanted to once again give Wisconsin a bright future. We started out as a couple of nobodies who from that point on said, "Lord, we have no resources but we are going to step out in faith and leave the results up to You."

And step we did. We were quick to enlist the local team of Chris Kliesmet and Orv Seymer from CRG-Citizens for Responsible Government, who had run recalls not only across the state of WI but had helped in ousting the local Milwaukee County Executive, Tom Ament, who was at least partially responsible for the now infamous Pension Board scandal in 2002.

Our action caught the attention of local media and the Recall Doyle team appeared on newspaper covers, talk radio forums, television interviews and even in the WI State Capitol rotunda:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cv6wWWqkIEc

Without ever really having experienced trying to unseat a sitting governor before, we simply moved in the direction to which we felt led. I will give critical technical kudos to CRG. They were the essential number crunchers to help us be realistic in our goal of recall petition volunteers needed: A STAGGERING 12,000 from across the state. We put up a website to aid in volunteer sign up and our numbers bloomed. We sent out regular e-mails to keep everyone apprised of where we were at. Our numbers really popped when we presented our plan at a taxpayer protest on April 15th, 2009 outside the State Capitol. Through it all, I cautioned our core group that although we had a goal of 12,000 volunteers, we did not know God's plan in all of this and we needed to be sure we did not get ahead of Him or His plan for our efforts. We had limited time because the governor's election was slated for the end of 2010. I had many members chomping at the bit to start circulating recall petitions. We had set a drop dead date by which we minimally needed 10,000 volunteers and as the date approached, with only 7400 volunteers signed up, I knew I had to ask the group to make a hard decision, one that I can safely say was the hardest that I ever have had to make in my life. I called the meeting in Brookfield at a local public location with press present and after explaining the situation to them, I asked them to stand down on the recall. It truly broke my heart to have come that far and to see their hopes deflated but in the end the majority knew that to fail at the recall drive by having too few volunteers would have given Doyle the renewed impetus that he needed to drive forward with a re-election bid, something that I told the group from the beginning we could never allow.

We never had the support of any political organization of any kind though the process. CRG, a WI based grass-roots organization provided us with logistics. Talk radio was generally hostile at least in the beginning. When our numbers bloomed to the point that our volunteers started to harass the stations to recognize Recall Doyle, we did finally get some respect and air time. Media was generally a no-go zone except for Connely media publications, which printed local newspapers, the Waukesha County Freeman newspaper being the one who generously gave us the most coverage for which we are forever thankful. We survived on donations given at our volunteer sign-up events. We had many low points, especially during some fundraising times. One anonymous woman at one of our informational meetings dropped a large donation into our hands, something for which I will forever be thankful. We had one organizer, Emily, who no doubt was God's angel sent to Recall Doyle, who arranged multiple events across the state's midsection all by herself. We held meetings, we held rallies, and we made Recall Doyle appearances all across the state which even included in the Wisconsin sky! A Recall Doyle banner was flown by a pilot hired out of Illinois across the Milwaukee skies before the 4th of July fireworks because no WI pilot was willing to go up against Gov. Diamond Jim. All of this this entire recall effort was done with a small amount of volunteer money totaling around $10,000. However, what we did have was a faith, a faith that our God was bigger than our problem. Some of the volunteers never did get the faith aspect of our journey; the rest of us relied on it.

Our group never lost sight of the fact that this was about the future of WI and making it a better place for our kids and grandkids to live in. We knew that Doyle was killing their future a little bit more every year that he stayed in office. Many told us to just wait Doyle out because he probably only had a couple of years left because he might not run again. I said to every crowd I spoke in front of that when you have a problem you don't shelve it and wait for it to get worse; YOU DEAL WITH IT NOW BEFORE IT GETS WORSE! Further, we already knew that there were several good candidates in the wings and one was a good man who had proven himself as the Milwaukee County Executive for 8 years, Scott Walker, who was planning a run for governor (and eventually became our next Governor). We also knew that if Doyle was out of the running, it would be an easier race and a quicker path to healing for our state.

And now for the coda. Shortly after we shut down Recall Doyle what was the end result? Doyle decided against re-running for office in August of 2009: http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepolitics/53302852.html Quoting from the article: "One veteran Democratic legislator who asked not to be identified out of loyalty to Doyle said he thinks Doyle started the year expecting to run, but later in the year, asked himself this question: "Why do I want to continue to do this?" Now some will say our group was a bunch of dreamers and Doyle would have decided not to re-run anyway but Orv Seymer from CRG  and I know differently. We decided to attend Doyle's scheduled public press conference in Madison in which he  was to publicly announce his decision not to re-run for office. While public and press waited in the hall of Doyle's old elementary school, Orv and I waited with them. Mind you we had no identification on us as we saw a man come out of one of the side office doors and make a beeline for us. He looked us right in the eye and sternly said, "You two will not be allowed in for the public announcement!" We noticed that as he walked away he went over to a WI trooper standing by the door and said something. As we lined up along with everyone else to go up the steps into the public room the law officer stopped us and said he had orders not to allow us in. Orv and I, not wanting to make a scene, sat out in the hall, but that wasn't enough, the officer then tried, in his best manner, to coax us outside of the building, no doubt to lock the door behind us so that Doyle would not have to see our faces ever again, nor would the press know the Doyle administration’s dirty deed! We did not oblige and after the news conference was over, we did eventually get the ear of news reporter Mick Trevey from Milwaukee NBC affiliate WTMJ, who did add the details to the Doyle announcement on what Doyle’s henchman had done to us. We may have been locked out from publicly seeing Doyle step down but the satisfied feeling of victory rode in that car with us all the way back to Milwaukee that day.

SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME TELLING YOU ALL THIS? WE REPRESENTED YOU THAT DAY! WE REPRESENTED THE FUTURE GENERATIONS, NOT JUST IN WISCONSIN BUT ALL ACROSS AMERICA AS WELL! WE CHOSE TO DO SOMETHING, IN FAITH, INSTEAD OF JUST B*TCHING ABOUT IT EVERY WEEK! WHEN THE GOOD PEOPLE STAND FOR SOMETHING, THE POWERS OF THE OPRESSOR WILL FAIL.

We in this country are being conditioned to become dis-spirited. We are being made to believe that nothing can change, "at this point what difference does it make?" after all. I am here to tell you that when one person joins with another and another and we choose to say, "ENOUGH!" then true hope reigns once again and true change is possible. We have a scourge on this nation. A usurpation of power like we have never seen before in the history of this Republic! Change will not come from the top because most of them at the top are power drunk and deluded by power fever. They make special exemptions for themselves that exclude them from the pain we are legislated to have to suffer. They have lost the truth of what it means to go forth for a time and represent 'we the people', and then RETURN AS ONE OF US. They have made themselves a permanent ruling class to lord over us AND WE LET THEM!

If you and I are going to be the change, the first thing that must change is our own thinking. WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER RIGHT NOW AND WE MUST BEGIN TO ACT AS THE CARETAKERS OF FREEDOM AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE BY THE FOUNDERS. They entrusted each successive generation to be the watch guards of freedom. We were to instruct the young as to the loving Creator who gives freedom and further, whom the enemies of freedom are. Make no mistake, the enemies of freedom are very real and very plentiful! We were to instill a love of freedom and country based upon the uniqueness of the individual, not subjugation to the collective as we do today through rampant and copious political correctness police! We were to teach the tenets of freedom to the young and to seal it into their hearts to ultimately be passed on to subsequent generations. We have not only failed to do all this but we have invited those very same enemies of freedom right into the highest halls of government! Those who would not only not love our free way of life but those who would covertly seek to change it into a system that would be deemed by the Founders, by their very corruption of our Constitution, to be the enemy of freedom!

The next thing that must happen is we need to be tied together in communication. You are on the internet. You are reading this right now. NOW SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. YOU DON’T HAVE ANY INFORMATION? THEN SHARE THIS, SHARE FRIENDS' INFORMATION, SHARE WHAT INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE.  SHARE, SHARE, SHARE AND YOU CAN BECOME A VIRUS FOR GOOD SPREADING HOPE TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN BEATEN DOWN! LET THEM KNOW WHAT THE FOUNDATIONS OF FREEDOM ARE. LET THEM KNOW THAT WE ARE BORN WITH BASIC INALIENABLE RIGHTS, RIGHTS THAT WERE GIVEN BY A LOVING CREATOR GOD. RIGHTS THAT NO MAN, PRESIDENT OR KING CAN NEITHER TAKE AWAY NOR LEGISLATE AWAY, EVER! AT ONE TIME NONE US EVEN KNEW WHAT A COMMUNITY ORGANIZER WAS. NOW LET US BECOME THEIR WORST NIGHTMARE: AN INTERNET COMMUNITY OF ORGANIZERS! No, I know it is not natural for us. It’s not natural in the same sense that the communists and socialists have been community organizing, to our detriment, on American soil for decades. It will be a starting point though, and we are fast learners, are we not?

Many will say, "What is the use? We have said all that needed to be said before and no one listened." They didn't listen before because they were mesmerized by a cult of personality. Obama has since shown his cracks. Obama said he came to unite but all he did was divide, by class, by sex and by race. Obama criticized his predecessor for running up debt but in the end he made his predecessor look austere by comparison with his own tsunami of red ink. The multitudes of cracks are there and now the people are finally beginning to see him for who he really is! Those who once thought he was perfection on Earth, now know he is just another slick-talking politician with his own agenda and what is worse, one who does not love this country as it stands.  One who lives to tear down this country and seeks to rebuild it in the Marxist mold as expressed by the dreams of his father. THEY WILL LISTEN NOW! No idea is as powerful as one whose time has come! All of you who were exposing Obama in '07 and '08, and onward, it is time to dust off your material because now is the time to hit it fast and hit it hard. You don't let up for a minute and you share like crazy! I can tell you now, that Obama has been backed up against the wall with the last election. He is going to pretend that life goes on, but he is scared inside. What we must do now is swing the hammer hard until his numbers really start to fall. WE CAN AND WE WILL TAKE THE WIND OUT OF HIS SAILS! WE MUST!

You say, "How is this possible?" I say, have a little faith, because I know of a small group of people who stepped out with no power, and no resources, but a little bit of faith and they removed a mountain in Wisconsin and it can happen just the same way across this great nation of ours. We need brother and sister joined together at the heart, acting humbly before our Creator, tapped into something greater than our own individual strength! TOGETHER, WE WILL SEE THIS THROUGH AND LIVE TO SEE THE HEALING THAT STARTED IN WISCONSIN, SPREAD ACROSS EVERY STATE OF OUR UNION! I BELIEVE IT. I KNOW IT BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN BEFORE MY EYES! THANK GOD FOR BRIAN WILLIAMS. The Brian Williams situation, and the general state of the current mishmash of entertainment and journalism that is apparently what the news media has devolved down to, has reminded me of an old piece of sage wisdom told to Hollywood's star power, "Do not fall prey to believing your own press!"

Somewhere in the last few decades, our news media had fallen prey to believing their own press. They had started to believe that they were somehow above the news, that they were the gods of the news, creating, tweaking and bending stories at will to fit their superior insight as to what the news should really be saying versus what the facts actually were.

Not content to merely present factual information, they slowly became a newsy/Hollywoodish hybrid and actually became the creators of news. No, it wasn't generally overt, it was worse, it was adding the 1% lie to the 99% truth -which is the most dangerous kind of lie of all. It was stealth fiction all designed to be palatable to an eager public waiting to gobble it down, hook line and sinker.

This news morphing was gradually steering the cultural mind think of an entire nation. This devolution was not limited to NBC, as the herd instinct galloped mightily through the entire news culture of alphabet soup networks. What once would have been abhorred as entertainment masquerading as news became acceptable as news presented as entertainment. It seemed to know no limits as truck gas tanks were blown up with incendiary devices to add the “wow” factor to the latest "news" production coming to a screen near your living room.

It morphed some more as a whole generation abandoned even the slick productions of the old guard to quickly embrace the new cognoscenti of news presenters on cable networks. This new breed, who openly played the part of court jester slash enlightener-the Jon Stewarts and The Stephen Colberts of the new world news order, became the news gods of enlightenment. Alas, nothing lasts forever and the pendulum eventually swings as even Jon Stewart recognized his nadir in the court of fools had been reached with his recent announcement to leave The Daily show.

Now we see a new movement, no longer a news morphing but a return to something true, something to believe in. Thankfully, there is someone calling to the simple minded, pleading with a culture infused with un-reality to return to what is true, pure and real. We are beginning to see it on college campuses. We are witnessing a new enlightenment, with Brian Williams actions acting as the torch bearer leading the way back to the sure footed trail of real news. For that reassignment, we do truly thank you Mr. Williams!
